Terms and conditions
Last updated 7 September 2026. These terms apply to pools (the "Site"), the $POOLS token (the "Token"), the map, the claim registry, the leaderboard, the live feed, the rewards programme and every other service, page, API or file made available through the Site (together, the "Service").
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Site, connecting a wallet, signing a message, claiming a plot, joining a pool, holding or transacting in the Token, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms in full. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), that you are legally able to enter into this agreement, and that your use of the Service is lawful where you are. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you bind that organisation too.
2. What the Service is, and is not
The Service is a website that (a) records, in a database we run, a link between a plot number on a fictional map and an ERC-20 token address on Robinhood Chain (a "Claim"), (b) displays public information read from third-party block explorers and RPC nodes, (c) renders that information as a three-dimensional scene, and (d) publishes a programme under which the Token's treasury may, at its sole discretion, distribute Tokens to wallets according to a formula described on the Site.
The Service is not: an exchange, a broker, a custodian, an investment scheme, a fund, a security, a deposit, a bank, a launchpad, a wallet, or a provider of financial services. We do not deploy tokens. We do not hold, transfer, pool, lend or invest anyone's assets. We do not operate Robinhood Chain, Pons, Uniswap, any wallet, any explorer or any RPC node. A Claim is a row in our database. It is not property, a licence, a security, a right to any asset, a right to any reward, or a promise of anything.
3. No affiliation
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates, Uniswap Labs, the Uniswap Foundation, Pons Family, Blockscout, or any company whose name or ticker appears on the Site. Stock tickers and company names appear only because people have named their tokens after them. A pool named after a stock does not hold, track, represent or relate to that stock in any way. Trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Your wallet, your keys, your transactions
Every transaction is created, signed and broadcast by you, from software you chose, with keys you control. We never see your keys. We never have the ability to move your assets. Signing our sign-in message is free and moves nothing; if any interface asks you to sign a transaction that moves assets in our name, it is not ours. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, for verifying every address and transaction before you sign, and for the consequences of every signature.
5. Claims and the map
- Claims are accepted or refused by an automated rulebook described on the Site. We may change the rulebook, its enforcement level and its wording at any time without notice.
- We may release, move, merge, relabel, hide or delete any Claim at any time, for any reason or no reason, including because a rule changed after the Claim was made, because the token appears misleading, because the plot is needed, or because we feel like it. You have no right to any particular plot, position, rank, size, label, colour or appearance.
- Data shown for a pool (holders, market capitalisation, liquidity, price, shares, ranks, rewards) is derived from third-party sources on a schedule, may be stale, incomplete, estimated, manipulated by third parties, or simply wrong, and is provided for entertainment. Do not rely on it.
- A "join" is a record that a wallet pressed a button. It does not buy, hold or promise anything.
6. Rewards
The rewards programme, including any tenure-based compounding, is entirely discretionary. Nothing on the Site, in any message, or in any snapshot creates an obligation on anyone to distribute anything to anyone. Distributions, if any, are made by the Token's treasury when, how, in what amount and to whom it chooses. Estimates shown on the Site are illustrations of a formula applied to unreliable data and are not offers, promises or forecasts. The formula, the epoch budget, the cadence and the eligibility criteria may change or stop at any time without notice. Any distribution may be delayed, reduced, skipped, clawed back or cancelled. You have no claim to any reward, accrued or otherwise.
7. The Token
The Token is a memecoin on a public blockchain with no intrinsic value, no issuer obligations, no backing, no redemption right, no governance right, no dividend, no revenue share, and no utility beyond being a number in a smart contract that other people may or may not care about. Any tax, fee, treasury flow or liquidity arrangement described on the Site may change or stop at any time. Trading the Token is done entirely on third-party venues at your own risk.
8. Third-party services
The Service links to and reads from third-party services including Robinhood Chain, the Pons launchpad and its smart contracts, Uniswap, Blockscout, RPC providers, wallet software and social networks. We do not control any of them, we do not vouch for any of them, and we are not responsible for anything they do, fail to do, charge, lose, censor, filter, freeze, revert or misreport. Their terms govern your use of them. A transaction that a sequencer includes but does not execute, a launchpad that reverts, a pool that is drained, an explorer that shows wrong numbers, a wallet that is compromised: none of these is our doing and none of them is our liability.
9. Risks you accept
You understand and accept, among others, these risks: total and permanent loss of everything you put in; extreme volatility; illiquidity; smart-contract bugs, exploits and rug pulls in tokens, launchpads, pools, hooks and lockers we did not write and cannot audit; chain halts, reorganisations, sequencer failures and transaction filtering; bridge failures; front-running, sandwiching and market manipulation; copycat and impersonation tokens; loss of keys; phishing; software bugs on the Site; wrong or stale data; regulatory action against you, us, the Token or any third party; tax consequences; and the possibility that the Site, the map, the Token, the rewards programme or the people behind them disappear without notice. You accept all of these risks knowingly and voluntarily.
10. No advice
Nothing on the Site, in the feed, in any profile, ranking, estimate, message, social post or communication from anyone associated with the Service is investment, financial, trading, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, offer or endorsement of any token, pool, strategy or action. You make your own decisions. Get your own advice.
11. No warranties
The Service, the Site, the map, the data, the Token and everything else we provide are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranty, representation, condition or guarantee of any kind, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, security, quiet enjoyment, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty.
12. Complete exclusion of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we (meaning every person and entity that operates, develops, contributes to, funds, promotes, hosts, moderates or is otherwise associated with the Service or the Token, and each of their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, successors and assigns) shall have no liability whatsoever to you or to anyone else, under any theory of liability (contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise), for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Service, the Site, the Token, any Claim, any reward, any data, any third-party service, or these terms, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages; any loss of assets, tokens, funds, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity; any loss caused by inaccurate, delayed or missing information; any loss caused by unauthorised access to your wallet or account; any loss caused by the acts or omissions of any third party; and any loss caused by our own errors, omissions, negligence or bugs, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, any liability is found to exist that cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims of any kind shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service, which is zero, and (b) one United States dollar (US$1.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply to the maximum extent permitted, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless every person and entity described in section 12 from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your Claims, your tokens, your transactions, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or any content or data you submit, including token names, symbols, artwork, descriptions and links.
14. Prohibited use and compliance
You must not use the Service if you are, or are acting for, a person or entity that is subject to sanctions, located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or otherwise prohibited by law from using it. You must not use the Service to break any law, to launder money, to manipulate markets, to impersonate any person, issuer or asset, to infringe any right, to attack, probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the Site or any third-party service, or to submit content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful. Token names, symbols, artwork and links you submit or that your token declares are your responsibility. We may refuse, hide, edit or remove any content and may block any wallet or address at any time. You are solely responsible for determining what taxes apply to you and for paying them.
15. Intellectual property and content
The Site's design, text, code and artwork are ours or our licensors' and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service. Token metadata, names, symbols, artwork and links are submitted by token creators, who are responsible for them; by submitting or linking them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, cache, resize and reproduce them in connection with the Service. Source code we publish is licensed under the licence stated with it.
16. Privacy
We store: wallet addresses that sign in; Claims and joins linked to those addresses; a log of events shown in the live feed; and standard server logs. Blockchain data is public and permanent; anything you do on-chain is visible to everyone forever and is not our doing. We set a session cookie when you sign in and use browser storage for interface preferences. We do not sell personal data. We may share data where the law requires or to operate the Service (hosting, databases). Contact us to have your Claim released or your wallet record deleted; we may keep what the law requires or what has already been published on-chain or in public feeds.
17. Availability, changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue the Service, the map, the rewards programme, the Token's described mechanics or any part of them, at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability. We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version; the new version applies from the moment it is posted, and your continued use is acceptance. We may terminate or restrict your access at any time, for any reason. Sections 2 through 20 survive termination.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Service or the Token are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Site is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and, to the extent permitted there, any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitral institution in that jurisdiction, in English, with no class, collective or representative proceedings. You waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. Where mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.
19. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may. Headings are for convenience only. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary or employment relationship, or any duty of care, between you and us. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance.
